Cleaning Service Policies/Terms/Conditions
Page's Personal Cleaning values your home and appreciates your business. For both the protection of our clients and our company
please read the following Policies and Terms.
Page's Personal Cleaning is a professional house cleaning service that is fully insured with 1,000,000 in general liability insurance for your protection.
All cleaning supplies and equipment are furnished by Page's Personal Cleaning.
We normally work in teams of two to three professionally trained cleaners.
Our normal working hours are Monday thru Friday. Saturday appointments are available for one time thorough cleanings, move-in/out cleanings and holiday and party assistance.
Payment for Services
Payment for cleaning services is due in full at time of service.
Page's Personal Cleaning gladly accepts payment in the following forms:
Cash
Personal Check (Please make checks payable to Page's Personal Cleaning)
Credit Cards (credit card payments are processed through PayPal)
If you are making payment by credit card, payment must be made by 7:00 A.M. the day of cleaning.
Please Note* If we arrive to clean and there is no payment, we will contact you
immediately for a credit card. If you are not available or do not wish to use a credit card, we will have to reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, please provide at least 24 hours notice for all cancelled appointments. Once we take a reservation, we hold that time slot open for you and turn away other potential customers in order to ensure your timeframe.
Refunds
Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, we cannot offer refunds to customers. However, we want you to be 100% satisfied, that is why we offer a 24 hour guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your cleaning service for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of
your cleaning and we will return to re-clean the area/areas you are dissatisfied with at no additional cost to you.
Illness
If you or anyone in your family gets a contagious illness, please be considerate of us and call to reschedule your cleaning after the illness is gone.
Privacy Policy
We do not share the information gathered through this web site or any personal information with any other 3rd party.
Extra Services
If you require extra services or additional cleaning on your
scheduled cleaning day, please contact us 48 hours in advance so we may allow the extra time needed at your home and we can give you a quote for the additional services.
Employees
Our employees are very important to us, and we are very serious about keeping them safe, so they do not move anything heavier than 35 lbs. These types of activities put our employees in danger of back injury or could even damage your flooring. If you would like us to clean behind appliances like a refrigerator, oven or sofa, please move it prior to the cleaning to allow access to the desired area.
Tipping
Page's Personal Cleaning never requires tipping, but it is a powerful way to say thank you to your service provider. Remember your appreciation need not be monetary. A personal note from you expressing your appreciation for their service can mean a great deal.
Cleaning Gift Certificates
You may purchase a house cleaning gift certicate for about any occasion. Cleaning Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash.
