What is involved?

You will only pay one flat rate for your website design. No Hidden Charges. No monthly fees. After your website is complete your only cost will be your hosting fee (similar to renting space on the internet) which is only 9.00 per month. Your website hosting is provided by Inf-inet & Evergraph.

1. First we will contact you by phone or through email to find out a little about your cleaning business and what kind of website you need. (design, colors, number of pages, etc.)

2. We will register your domain name. Domain name registration is 15.00 per year.

3. Then you will need to supply the content (text) you would like to use on your website. We will furnish the custom design layout, images and the search engine optimization. If you would like for us to furnish all the text for your website we will do so for an additional fee. The rate for us to furnish all the text for your website depends on the amount of pages in your website.

4. We will need to know if you would need credit card service set up on your website, if you are going to sell gift certificates, if you need an online quote form, etc.

5. We will provide you with a copy of your website layout for your approval. Upon your approval of the layout, we will complete your website and optimize your website for the search engines.

6. Your website will then be published to the internet. Average time to complete a website is 3-4 weeks after we receive all the necessary information from you. Note* If you need a custom logo designed there will be an additional charge.

Website Hosting: Web hosting is similar to renting space on the internet for your website. Web hosting is 9.00 per month or you can pay for your web hosting for one year and get 14 months for the price of 12 months. Only $108.00 for 14 months of hosting.

Content Management Website:
If you would like to maintain and make changes to your website after it is completed, we can design a Content Management Website for you so you can maintain your own website. Your Content Management Website will come with custom forms. The additional fee for a Content Management Website is $100.00.
