What all is included in your house cleaning service?

Initial Home Cleanings: First-time house cleanings can take 4-6 hours to clean depending on the size and how much work is involved. This gives our cleaning team the opportunity to do a deep clean of your home.

* The cleaning service rates below are simply base/starting rates. The rate to clean your home will depend on the square footage of your home and how often you need cleaning.

Initial Home Cleans start at 150.00 for small homes or apartments. For larger homes the initial thorough cleaning rate will be higher.

Maintenance House Cleaning: starting at $90.00 per cleaning. (small homes)

Once a Month House Cleaning: starting at $120.00 (small homes)

Move-in/Move-Out Cleans: starting at $200.00

One Time Thorough House Cleanings: starting at 200.00

Spring/Fall House Cleaning Service This cleaning service can be customized to fit your needs. The rate depends on the Spring/Fall Cleaning Services you need.

Before/After Party Cleaning and Party Assistance : Please call or email us for a free estimate.

Rental Property Cleaning Services : The average rate for a small one bedroom, one bath apartment is $200.00. This includes inside refrigerator/oven and inside windows.

Add on House Cleaning Services

Refrigerator/freezer cleaning $30.00

Ovens $30.00
